It’s time to trench and run the utilities to their respective stub-out locations under the dome.
Ideally, the primary home’s utilities can be tapped into, which is what this instruction manual assumes.
If the primary home’s utilities do not have the capacity, then new utilities need to be run or existing utilities need to be upgraded. Contact the relevant authorities to get that ball rolling, and open your wallet.
The following utilities are run from the primary residence to the dome: Sewer, Water, Electrical, and Data.
There are direct bury options that would be less expensive but for future-proofing, longevity, and ease of repairs, it makes sense to run water, electrical, and data through conduit.
Expect to spend ~1 week doing the work outlined in this chapter.
